Before contacting them, items GetHuman-cdlmsc may need:
Account holder name, Billing address, Phone number on account, and Last 4 digits of SSN

I signed up for the free plan, or so I thought, when I ordered the sim card. I knew it automatically gave me a free month of the next highest service. But I figured that wouldn't start until I had actually started using the sim card. It's not even been a month since I ordered the sim and yet I've already been charged $***.** for a * month plan that I knew nothing about. I was supposed to use that money for rent. But now I am unable to pay it. I really need to find a way to get a refund asap
GetHuman-cdlmsc did not yet indicate what FreedomPop should do to make this right.
