This is the second time I have had an issue with being charged $** to my credit balance for going over megabytes. I have been paying $*.** so my service gets shut off to avoid getting charged $**. I already called on October *th for being charged $** on October *rd. Since then, I've been charged on October *th and October **st for $**. What is the point in paying the $*.** for having my service shut off if I'm going to continue being charged for $** going over megabytes?
GetHuman-lil_shay did not yet indicate what FreedomPop should do to make this right.
