I purchase a $** plan to see if I liked the service ss a new customer. I have been experiencing many issues with this plan*service. Without my approval a charge for $**. ** for a yearly plan was taken off my credit card. I did not give authorization for this purchase to be made and I would like the amount to be credited back to my credit card. I am experiencing to many problems*issue when trying to make and receive calls.
GetHuman-lianrfer did not yet indicate what FreedomPop should do to make this right.
