RE: ******-****** raised **.**.** *:**pm.*I have had endless trouble trying to contact you as password reset has failed * times and I do not have my tel no. required when I try to phone you.*my initial question (ref above) was about how to activate the sim. At the time I felt the reply was inadequate and decided to not pursue my membership of your service. After ** hours you wrote to inform me that you considered the query resolved.*It has recently come to my attention, due to me now going into unauthorised overdraft for which I will now incur bank charges, that you have since this date been charging me every month for a service I have never received or used.*This is unacceptable and I expect all monies taken to be refunded to me immediately. If this is not done I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the ombudsman for satisfactory resolution.**Regards**Daniel Hancock
