Help with my FreedomPop issue

FreedomPop's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-zoroette a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-zoroette may need:
Account holder name, Billing address, Phone number on account, and Last 4 digits of SSN

I just can not afford visual text and the other charge for $*.** I will just have to have just the basic *** for right now. I just found out I have cancer so really I can not afford anything extra on my plan. Please make changes before the next for days. I think it said I owe $.** I can not afford that . I only have $**.** in my checking account right now. Please take off the $.** charge . I went on the site and deactivated. * charges one for *.** and the other for *.**. My chemo pills are expensive and right now that is all I can afford. I really appreciate Freedom Pop and giving me free service if it was not for you I could not have a phone to talk to anyone. Please verify that these changes have been taking off so I willll not be billed. I went on FreedomPop and did deactivate the * I am talking about and on top it showed * in a red circle. Then I went back and checked and it did say it was going to charge me $.** please make sure I am not going to be charged anything extra. Thank you, Julie Hancock. ***-***-****.
