Please credit $*.** that caused me from knowing your services from website.**I am your new user, even I do not have received *-SIM card yet.**At *:**PM I have been billed $*.**, seen it from my email, and I did deactivated it at *PM.**When I was tracking my order, I have surved round and learning your services, I have checked bottons in your web, I was to see the datail of "Safe Mode". Unfortunatlly, that collected me $*.**. So, I was immediately fond the place did "Deactivate Service". **After that I checked my services status, the service was disappeared.*But the bill is still there.**I do not have SIM card and have not try the basic service yet, the additional feature was too early for me to add on. **Thanks for your help.**Peter Hou******@***.com****-***-**** Home phoner number****-***-**** freedompop.com phone number
