I recently discovered * pending charges on my bank account for $** from FreedomPop. I am aware the first charge for $** is an automatic top-up fee, however I'm confused why there are * charges for $** when FreedomPop is only supposed to top up after the FreedomPop balance has fallen below $**. I have checked and verified my data usage, text messages, and minutes-used so far this month (not to mention that my billing period only renewed about * days ago) and none of them are low enough to incur another charge for $**. I would appreciate a timely response with a reasonable explanation for why this *nd charge for $** was taken from my bank account on top of the first one. I am not disputing the first charge for $** (that was a top-up fee which you were completely entitled to take), it is only the *nd charge that I am disputing at this time. I would like a valid reason for the *nd charge or I would like it to be refunded if no reasonable explanation can be provided. Thank you for your timely response
