Cancelled Subscription **I wish to make a complaint regarding an issue which has recently been drawn to my attention. **Despite contacting Freedompop during May **** at which point I requested that a free trial I had taken out be cancelled with immediate effect, I have been billed ** instalments of £**.** in error.**I specified that after the free trial elapsed any subscription should be cancelled as I did not (and have not) wish to use the service.**I have attempted to login to my account in order to make contact with Freedompop but have been unable to do so (presumably because I do not have an account to login to).**I am extremely unhappy that despite be explicit instructions, billing has still occurred after cancellation.**I politely request a full refund in the sum of £***.**. Evidence of these payments can be provided immediately upon request.
