I received my device in March, or April this year.*A few times I tried to setup my hotspot device. I called, texted, sent emails and to this day I'm being charged after I cancelled my services.*I want ALL OF MY MONEY RETURNED!*I made every attempt to sign up and contact your costumer service, to no avail.*You never contacted me about my claim, but yet for two months you've taken funds from my account.*Call me, since I can't get in touch with you.****-***-**** Edward Duskin

How GetHuman-duskined fixed the problem
Changed my account so that use can't take any more of my money. My account to y'all is cancelled. I'll get my money returned and y'all are considered fraud and scam.
