FreedomPop's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-macsums a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-macsums's own words
Get cheaper or even free service as stated in their advertising. ... I have been getting charged $*.** each month for a service I don’t and can’t use. I have tried many times to cancel account, but to no avail has that been completed. I want to be reimbursed at least partial payment if possible.
They simply do not realize that customers trying to contact them have only one resource and it is almost impossible to talk to anyone.
They will make this right by at best refunding me money back to the date which I ceased any usage. Also was unaware of being charged every month until it showed up in my bank statement one day.
I have been unwillingly associated for close to a year or so and I expected service to follow suit as presented on the website.
I have tried to cancel account through app and website also tried avidly to call cust. service and cancel but no dice.
I have an issue with FreedomPop too
