I want your service (I think) but you make it very difficult. I am technologically ignorant and need to talk to someone to help me determine what service I need. Your recording says to talk to your "sales person" but the only options given are for technical support and then it instructs to provide one's own Freedom Pop account*ID information. I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT so how do I get to a "sales person" to get information???**I don't know how your various plans, MB*GB, relate to my specific internet usage. *All I use the internet for is movies (Netflix) and emails* no multiple devices* no multiple users*locations around the house.**Is the device independent or does it somehow work thru a phone *I have a hotspot on my phone but I can't leave my phone home all the time*.
