FreedomPop's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-ukali a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-ukali may need:
Account holder name, Billing address, Phone number on account, and Last 4 digits of SSN

I can't login to FreedomPop customer service although my login information has not changed by me. My issue is with billing. Bought a sim card for $*.** had my phone * ported to it & paid *.** fee. Within a couple of days bought a phone from FP for **.** that included one month service followed by a regular charge of **.** each month.*I changed my plan to **.** plan five days before the month was over. I could not use the FP simcard because the simcard in the FP phone I got is stuck.*Talked to FP service rep and explained what was going on and he had my * ported to the phone from the simcard and told me I wont be charged another *.** porting fee due to simcard being stuck in the phone I bought from FP(he was patient and kind young man). I don't use phone to go online.*Everything is working fine except billing. Got billed **.** on *******, **.** on *******, **.** on *******.*My usage shows I haven't used any data yet I get billed all these amounts instead of **.***month.*I am on fixed income and do not make more than a half dozen calls per month to the numbers on my contact list, rest are blocked.*I want FreedomPop to correct this issue and pay me back what they overcharge other than **.** * billing cycle.*Thank You.
