The issue in GetHuman-loricov's own words
you billed me for a service that is supposed to be free. i havent even set the dam hotspot up yet. so now i want all my money back and i want a free shipping label to send your equipment back. i dont do business with companies that refuse to answer the phone. when i first called i got a human now you want to make it impossible to get in touch well now you will get bad reviews from me. its ironic a communication business is afraid to actually communicate directly with their customers, so now you lose a customer and you make an enemy who is already warning everyone not to do business with you, cuz its not even been a month and you already lied about your services being free after the first initial purchase of the product. i want a full refund of the initial purchase of the hot spot and i want a full refund of the **.** for the hot spot device and the **.** you just billed out to me again today. and i want a shipping label to return your hot spot wireless device, and i want to never be bothered with your company again once these things are done
