I was supposed to get this ** days free. I have now been charged an additional **.** and I just got the dam device. I havent even set it up. I am returning the device your company is fraudulent i want my money back and the extra ** you charged and rest assured i am already bashing you on social media,. you also need a human answering the phone. i got a human to start service i need a human when there is an issue this is not going to be a company to last at all when someone has an issue being hung up on with an automated service just pisses them off and makes them want to quit you like i am doing
GetHuman-loricov did not yet indicate what FreedomPop should do to make this right.
