Help with my FreedomPop issue
GetHuman-dpadwick's next move: talk to FreedomPop again when they open.
FreedomPop's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-dpadwick a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-dpadwick's own words
Dear sir or *Madame**My name is Dean Padwick. I had a free month to trial with your sim service. I got the sim.Followed the instructions. But to no joy. I cancelled my account and sim online straight away. On the *st of June you took £**.** pence out pf my Lloyds account. Even though I cancelled account with you. As I am on carers allowance I don’t get much income. Every penny is counted for. The money you took out was for a regular bill. If the money is not in the bank. They put a late payment charge on top. Which is something I can not afford. I have cancelled the direct debit and my bank will be contacting you if I get no joy. Please return the money back into my account immediately.**Contact number :*************Yours faithfully*Dean padwick
