FreedomPop's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-wilhodki a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-wilhodki's own words
I started a new phone service in Nov. of ****. When my phone arrived, the accompanying charger was defective and unusable. I submitted a ticket requesting a replacement charger be sent. It is now April (* MONTHS LATER) and to date I have STILL NOT RECEIVED MY CHARGER! I have had numerous emails back and forth with this issue. Each time I get a new agent and have to start from the beginning. Today I received a FP shipment containing a USB Cord. I have made it very clear that it is the Charger*adapter that is defective, not the cord that I need. HWO hard can this be SEND ME A REPLACEMENT CHARGER!!!!!!! please.
GetHuman-wilhodki did not yet indicate what FreedomPop should do to make this right.
