I have been looking at a property that Freddie Mac listed for sale. The property was only listed by a realtor for a short time before being removed. I made a backup offer and am wondering why the property hasn't appeared on Homesteps yet. I've tried searching for it, but it seems to have vanished. Additionally, I was informed that it might be possible to make a deal on a property with Freddie Mac before the realtor lists it. I offered $[redacted],[redacted], which exceeded the $89,[redacted] listing price, but I'm unable to get my offer submitted. I was told that another offer was negotiated with Freddie Mac before the official listing. I'm concerned about fair housing practices and just want to be heard. The property is located at [redacted] Countiss Road in Abingdon, Virginia, [redacted]. The listing agent mentioned that it went under contract quickly, and it has been 58 days without any updates on Homesteps. I simply want a fair chance like other customers. Thank you.

We have been inadvertently overpaying our account for years, leading to confusion when USBank flagged us regarding potential bankruptcy. Robert assured us on 07/01/[redacted] that our account was discharged, but I requested to speak with a superior. Despite contacting USBank again recently, they haven't responded or addressed our concerns. We discovered USBank only accepts disputes in writing and utilizes a CRA agency that sells our information. We are also contacting the main credit agencies about this issue. We vehemently deny any bankruptcy claims and are frustrated with the lack of oversight in our dealings due to the transfer of our mortgage to Feddie Mac. We want USBank to rectify this situation by issuing apologies and explanations to all involved parties. We seek a genuine response rather than a generic one. Kindly, Tammy McInnis
