The issue in GetHuman-potusqui's own words
I was trying to spray myself with the tester, however, very little came out of the spray, but it leaked from the upper portion of the bottle. The same thing happened with the *nd tester. I ordered *, but I had to assume that the same thing would happen to the other * testers I ordered. ... This is my *rd email, hopefully, you'll answer this one.*I purchased * Polo EDC testers on Aug. **. I just opened one a couple of days ago and as I press the spray, is sprays very little and it leaks terribly at the top. I opened a *nd one from the order and it did the same thing. I didn't open the *rd or *th one assuming they would do the same. I'd like to return all four and receive * others. I've been a customer of your for quite awhile, and I'm sure you will rectify the situation. I would need a return mail order for the packed box via email from you. This was especially frustrating because I've ordered Polo testers many times and this is the first time this has happened.
You could make this right by emailing me a return label that I could attach to a box and return the * testers, and you send me * new testers, Polo EDC. That would make me a very happy customer, and it would right the situation.
I've been a good customer for a long time, I am not a new customer.
