I placed an order on Thursday December **th at *:**pm. I called on Friday December ** at *:**am my time central to tell that there was a mistake in my order the lady said I was calling at the right time because they hadn't started with my order I said good...I told her there was * bottles of Versace ordered I only wanted one she said okay I will take it away and refund you for that one I said okay thanks...well today I still haven't received my refund so I called fragranceX back and they tell me my oder was process with both of the Versace sent to me...I asked why would they do that if I called before hand and it was in the computer that I called she just apologized to me and sent me a return label to send it back...I said ma'am that is why I called so I wouldn't have to do all that..well I think I shouldn't have to wait for my refund it should be given back to me asap if I hadn't called it would be one thing but I did and the lady said she had fixed the issue but turns out she lied to me!!!
