Hello, my name is Daria. I have contacted support on your website twice and I am still awaiting a response regarding my order number [redacted]31. The package has not been received even though the status shows as delivered 5 days ago. The tracking number provided by FedEx has been transferred to USPS for final delivery, resulting in a change of the tracking number and the inability to view the status. When I visited the USPS office, they could not provide any information as I only have the FedEx tracking number. FedEx support advised me to address the issue with you since the package was sent by FedEx Express. This situation is frustrating and I am feeling very upset. Can you please assist with this matter? I placed an order #[redacted]12, and the tracking indicates it was delivered on 12/16. However, the package has not reached me. I attempted to contact customer service regarding this matter, but I have not received any response. I have sent numerous emails, but none have been answered. I am seeking advice on how to proceed next. Should I wait for the package, reorder, or cancel the order? I will be going on vacation starting Friday, and if the products are not delivered by Friday 12/20, I will no longer require them.

I purchased a 3.4oz Chanel EDT fragrance named Coco in the black box. The order was placed and paid for at the end of January for $[redacted].23, debited from my bank account on January 30, [redacted]. I usually receive my orders within 3 to 4 days, but it's been 10-12 days now and I haven't received the fragrance. I am a regular customer and have never faced such a delay before. I made a purchase on March 30th and have been charged, but I still haven't received my items. I have a tracking number, and according to Fedex, the package has been prepared but not handed over to them yet. Despite sending multiple emails, I keep receiving the same automated response asking me to call their customer service during business hours. I've tried contacting customer service several times at different hours, but with no success - there are long wait times, and even when I do get through, it says they are experiencing a high volume of calls.

I recently bought a Dolce&Gabana Intense perfume, but I've noticed that it doesn't have much fragrance, if any at all. I contacted the department store and explained the problem. I provided the serial number on the box, and after looking it up, the representative informed me that the perfume is over 7 years old, which might explain the lack of original scent. When I reached out to Fragrance.net, they had no record of this purchase but could locate my orders for shower gel and body lotion. It's all a bit puzzling. Could someone please advise me on what steps I can take to address this issue? I purchased two bottles of the perfume, and any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently made a purchase from FragranceNet for Insolence by Guerlain yesterday. However, I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and wanted to cancel my order to get the larger size. Despite sending an email and attempting to call, I haven't received a response or been able to contact anyone. Strangely, when I tried to cancel my order, my account showed no record of it. I also tried reaching out through Amazon, but they indicated the merchant wouldn't receive the message. Today, I noticed my bank account was charged twice for the order, even though I only intended to buy one item. I am now seeing two pending payments. I am unable to obtain a tracking number for my order as well. My order number is [redacted]23, placed on October 18th, [redacted], for the 1oz Insolence by Guerlain.

On December 11, [redacted], I placed an order for the Viva La Juicy perfume with order number [redacted]93. I agreed to the Afterpay agreement for 4 payments of $13.62. However, on December 12, [redacted], I checked my bank transactions and noticed that $72.61 was deducted instead of the scheduled 4 Afterpay payments. This has caused an overdraft in my bank account, affecting my ability to pay for another item, the Mac powder. As a single mother of two infants, I am trying my best to provide something nice for my family this Christmas. I was recommended to your company by a family member and was grateful for the Afterpay program you offer. I kindly request that the $72.61 be refunded to my debit card ending in [redacted]. If this is not possible, I will unfortunately have to cancel my order. Your prompt assistance on this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention and understanding.

I received the incorrect item from you. What was sent does not match the item shown on the website. I am dissatisfied with this product as it is not what was advertised online. I intend to request a prepaid return label since the item is unusable for me. I will also email you to demonstrate the disparity between the product I ordered and the one I received. They are entirely different products. I will return the item, but I am not willing to cover the return costs.

Order number #[redacted]83 was placed at 1 am today, and payment was made instantly with my debit card. I received an email in the morning stating that additional information is required, causing a hold on my order. I opted for express delivery, paying an extra $13 for a guaranteed 2-day delivery, but one day has already passed, and my order remains on hold. I am disappointed with the service from fragrance.com as I still await my order without an explanation for the delay. Despite contacting customer service and waiting 45 to 50 minutes, I was unable to get a satisfactory response. The representative asked me to reply to the email, but after doing so, I have not received any updates.

I purchased Fever perfume, but it doesn't last, so I need to return it. Can you please assist me in finding my order number? I have attempted to contact customer service multiple times to return items due to not liking the scent. After waiting on hold for 20 minutes and sending several emails without a response, I am still unable to get the necessary return information. Without assistance, I may have to contact my bank instead. If I cannot return unwanted items or receive help from customer service, I may have to take my business elsewhere. It has been four days, and I have not received any reply yet.

I recently placed an order for perfume for $[redacted] with a calculated delivery fee of $35 to $40, totaling around $[redacted]. Despite the app showing a delivery on that day, the package was not present when I checked. After contacting OnTrac, they initiated a claim on Friday, stating they would resolve the issue within two days. On Saturday, they claimed the package was delivered inside the mail room. However, as I was out of town, I could only verify the status on Tuesday, finding the package was still missing. Ontrac confirmed the correct delivery address and asked me to reach out to Fragancenet regarding the matter. I attempted to contact customer service via phone with no success, prompting me to email. I am seeking a resolution and clarification on whether I will receive a refund or a replacement package. I am disappointed with the service I received from FragranceNet. I placed an order on 6/22/[redacted] with an expected delivery of 2-5 business days for standard shipping. My order number is [redacted]1. However, I have not yet received my order and the FedEx tracking number provided shows no movement and has been stuck in Concord, NC for several days. After contacting FedEx, they were unable to locate my package. Despite informing FragranceNet, there has been no progress. The tracking information today still shows the package in transit to Concord, NC, with scans repeatedly showing the same location over the past week. I ordered 11 items, some of which were intended as a Birthday gift for next Monday. I would appreciate it if someone from FragranceNet could replace the items and ship them out overnight today, while requesting the carrier to return the original package. I have been attempting to speak with a live agent for over 30 minutes with no success. The automated system now instructs me to call back tomorrow during specified hours, even though it is still within the current operating hours.
