Fox News Customer Service Issues

Archive 11

The following are issues that customers reported to GetHuman about Fox News customer service, archive #11. It includes a selection of 20 issue(s) reported September 4, 2020 onward. If you have a similar customer service issue, this page will help you find current, up-to-date answers and solutions too.
I recommend looking into the issue where home computers experience censorship on the FOX NEWS website, known to be our homepage. Upon accessing FOX NEWS, the mouse and trackpad tend to freeze, preventing scrolling or selection within 10 seconds. This problem does not occur on other websites such as CNN, USAToday, ABC, MSNBC, or Google when using a new iMac and Safari, despite attempts at troubleshooting and cleaning with malware scans, restarts, and general maintenance. We are up to date with the operating system and refrain from using extensions. The freezing solely occurs on FOX NEWS, which seems like successful censorship. The extent of this problem is unknown. Despite spending multiple days attempting to fix the issue, we have been unsuccessful and are hesitant to change our homepage to alternative news sources like CNN or MSNBC.

This feedback is regarding a recent event. It appears that people are celebrating the passing of a well-known individual. It mentions the closure of an abortion facility and expresses relief over the demise of a Supreme Court member. The writer hopes for a new judge who values the country and its children. There are strong opinions about the current political landscape and the need for divine intervention. The message ends with a signature identifying as Donald Dean Peaster.

Hi, I'm Christa Pellicci from Stamford, CT, and I'm a fan of the young actor Henry Cavill from Britain. I was watching my local news at 11:00 pm with Sandora and Brian Palmer. I feel hurt when the anchor laughed at me for being his fan. I've expressed my concerns to the news station multiple times but they continue to mock me. It's making me feel like crying. I believe the anchor should not make fun of someone like me who admires him. It's disrespectful. I feel they should criticize politicians instead of making fun of fans. Recently, my parents watched a debate with Sean Hannity, and they felt he was dishonest. This experience has made me reconsider watching Fox News as it doesn't treat me with respect as a viewer.

Hello, I'm Christa Pellicci from Stamford, CT, a fan of the Young British Actor, Henry Cavil from London. While watching my local Fox News at 12:00 pm with Newsreporter Harris Faulkner, she laughed at me for being his fan. This behavior was hurtful and rude. I've tried to address this issue with Fox but it seems they are not understanding. Harris Faulkner's actions need to stop, and I will be sharing my experience on Facebook to raise awareness about bullying. It's important to stop this behavior. I do not have a personal relationship with Henry Cavill despite what is being rumored. Harris Faulkner's behavior is unacceptable, and I believe she should be removed from the show for harassing fans.

I am concerned with my viewership of Fox News. Previously, the network provided reliable and truthful reporting, which I valued. However, I now find it unbearable to watch Fox News. It seems that the network is constantly promoting an anti-Democratic narrative, which I find divisive. Individuals like Wallace, who is a reporter, have shifted their focus towards stirring up conflict rather than objectively reporting the news. If this trend continues, I may switch to a news station that upholds its core values and provides unbiased reporting. I would appreciate it if Fox News could address these concerns. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Christa Pellicci from Stamford, CT, and I am a devoted fan of the young British actor Henry Cavill. I have expressed this repeatedly to the newscast. However, I feel that there has been bullying directed towards me by the newscasters, particularly the lady on Fox News during the recent debate. I want to clarify that I am just a fan of Henry Cavill and not in a relationship with him. I do not appreciate the false claims made by the newscasters about Henry Cavill's preferences. As his number one fan, I am tired of the misinformation and mistreatment I have received. I hope they will stop spreading lies and focus on their show more responsibly to avoid consequences. Thank you, Christa Pellicci.

I need help securing my son's unemployment benefits due to his severe depression and rehab stay since April 24, [redacted]. Despite providing updated information and documentation, his benefits were denied. I have diligently followed up, sent forms with tracking numbers, and filed an appeal, but have not received any response or information about a hearing for 7 months. It is frustrating to deal with the lack of communication and assistance, especially when his bi-weekly claims are still being processed. I have called the provided number, endured long wait times, and faced unhelpful responses. I am deeply concerned about the handling of the information we've provided. I am reaching out for guidance on how to proceed as my son is unable to navigate this situation himself. Your assistance in directing me to the appropriate contacts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I made an $[redacted] deposit at the Bank of America drive-thru ATM. However, the machine only credited me $[redacted] instead of the full amount, taking $[redacted] of my money. I then withdrew the $[redacted] from my PNC bank account next door. Two minutes later, I reported the issue to the bank manager, who provided me with a claim number. After several weeks, they informed me that they were going to take my money as they believed my claim was untrue. I have been a loyal customer of this bank for 30 years since my college days. I have no reason to fabricate what occurred. I feel frustrated with the bank's response and feel stuck in this situation with no resolution.

Hello, my name is Christa Pellicci from Stamford, CT. I'm a fan of the young actor Henry Cavill from England. Recently, I watched Fox News with Laura Ingraham, where she made fun of me for supporting Henry Cavill. This was hurtful and made me feel like crying. I've tried to express my feelings to Fox News about being bullied for being a fan, but they do not seem to understand. It's important to stop this kind of behavior. Today, the actor has not been responding to me, his number one fan, which I find rude. I feel like he has been dishonest with me, and I no longer want to support him. I will no longer be his fan, and I want nothing more to do with him. If the ladies at Fox News want him, they can have him. Sincerely, Christa Pellicci.

A friend shared this important voting information on social media. In Arkansas, there are 13 presidential candidates listed on the ballot, with Biden at the top and Trump on the second page as the 8th candidate. If you do not see Trump on the first page, click "next" cautiously as it might skip to the US Senate section. To locate Trump, go back to the first page and look for the "MORE" tab at the bottom. Clicking on "MORE" will lead you to page 2 where Trump is listed as the second candidate. It's crucial to be aware of this navigation issue to ensure your vote is accurate. Many others have experienced the same confusion, prompting the question about the positioning of President Trump on the ballot.

I have a story I would like to see if you would be interested in covering. This involves myself and a local store in Maryland that a lot of people are having issues with. The largest issue for my personal story involves bodily injury caused by an employee. I am unsure if I am going to take legal action yet, so I prefer not to release specifics until either I decide to pursue legal action or when Fox News shows interest in covering the story. I have videos from the event and know the exact time stamps for the security cameras. I also have recordings of my interactions with upper management on the day of the event and the following day. While this is a widespread issue, my case is severe because I am disabled and was attacked by employees at this store. The manager expressed regret on record, and even the police agreed it should not have happened. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss if this story interests you. Thank you for understanding why I cannot disclose all details here.

Hello, my name is Christa Pellicci, and I'm a fan of the young British actor named Henry Cavill from England. I was watching my local Fox News at 11:00 pm tonight and saw a special report on the Laura Ingraham show. She laughed at me for being a Henry Cavill fan, which I found very mean, rude, and selfish. I believe she might be jealous. Let her continue with her lies; she might lose her show on Fox and get fired for lying. Maybe those two deserve each other. I'm done with her and her rude behavior. - Christa Pellicci from Stamford, CT

I am concerned about the voting rights of sailors. My grandson recently docked in Norfolk, Virginia, after being at sea for a while. Despite efforts, he and other sailors on the ship have been unable to vote. He mentioned that most on the ship lean Republican. Unfortunately, the process to request an absentee ballot using his service number and email has been unsuccessful. He and his fellow shipmates are eager to vote, but many are unable to do so. This issue has resulted in the potential loss of thousands of votes, which is disheartening.

I'm currently following the election and heard someone discussing the Electoral College votes. It was challenging to keep up with his fast-paced speech. I wish they would slow down so that everyone can understand. Regarding the Spanish commercials, I prefer ads in English. I believe people in America should learn the language. I won't be purchasing products advertised in Spanish. Fox, please consider your audience and language choice. I find this direction disappointing and akin to what CNN does. I am disappointed and will no longer support Fox if they continue with these practices.

I am disappointed with Fox. I will not be watching Fox in the future. The Murdock family has definitely changed. Shows like Martha MacCallum and Bret Baier have moved to the left. The left slant is obvious. There is very little pushback on liberal guests compared to Republicans. It's not fair and balanced at all. I don’t want to watch another MSNBC or CNN with liberal viewpoints. You may ignore my message, but I'm warning you that your viewership will drop. There are millions like me. The liberal Murdock brother gained control, and Fox has become just another liberal station. I'm just one voice, but I'm not alone. Fox has anti-Trumpers like Gasparino, Cavuto, and Jonah Goldberg. I never thought I would stop watching Fox. Something has changed, and you're fooling yourselves if you don’t see it. I don’t need to see another defense of Dems by being fair and balanced! Unfortunately, Hannity, Ingraham, Tucker, and Levin are the only decent, balanced shows, and they will be affected by this. Fox is just another station with a liberal viewpoint. Goodbye, Fox.

I am experiencing a problem with FOXNEWS.com using the handle Lone Patriot from Florida. I have not received any likes or dislikes in over three days. I have six thousand posts with thirty-six thousand replies. It seems like something is wrong. Please, can you fix this issue? I am able to see posts but not the thumbs up or down counts. The problem is still persisting despite multiple messages left. There have been zero replies except for assurances that someone will take action. It has been four days without any responses. The time is 1:30 PM on November 9, [redacted].

I am disappointed in the recent changes in your reporting, showing a bias against Trump. The premature call of Arizona for him on election night, and the dismissals of Judge Jeanine, Diamond, and Silk concern me. It was only a matter of time with Disney's control and Paul Ryan joining your board. The addition of Donna Brazille is also troubling. I fear for the future of other conservative commentators at your network. Your declining ratings and revenues are inevitable. While I appreciated your objective reporting for the past decade, I now turn to alternatives like OAN and NewsMaxtv. Goodbye!

I cannot believe you have decided to remove the press secretary's news conference. I have been a loyal viewer of Fox 5 for many years, but now it seems like you have become just like CNN or MSNBC. It's disappointing to watch this transformation occur, especially considering Murdoch's son's inability to uphold his father's standards. Prioritizing ratings and profits over integrity is truly disheartening. I hope your phones are ringing non-stop because you have lost me and several of my friends who appreciated Fox 5's impartial news coverage. Unfortunately, I will no longer be tuning in.

Neil Cavuto and Kayleigh McEnany. Why censorship? Cavuto's reasoning was unfounded, personally edited, and constitutes censorship. Have you joined Google, Twitter, Facebook, and the rest? Americans are not stupid! I am a Veteran, a college graduate, and an American who thinks for myself. However, you believe you know what is best for me, which is mind control. You have strayed from journalistic integrity, unlike anchors like Tucker, Bremmer, Faulkner, Bream, Levin, Bret, Dana, and others. Why is Neil seemingly more informed than the rest? It's time for him to move on!!! The big question is, why are you not covering the President-Elect's criminal FBI investigation? This is significant news! It's unprecedented for a future president to potentially be elected while under FBI criminal investigation alongside his son!! Why aren't you reporting this story more thoroughly? He might face impeachment or even jail in his first year. Stop the censorship! I am capable of hearing, listening, reasoning, and recognizing bias or propaganda. Let both sides speak freely, and let Americans decide independently without interference. STOP THE CENSORSHIP!

Many viewers, not just myself, are concerned about the lack of exposure regarding the Dominion Computer Systems allegedly switching votes electronically from Trump to Biden. Evidence presented by Russell Ramsland from CD Media demonstrates this manipulation. It's crucial to delve into the investigation and shed light on these fraudulent actions. The involvement of a Princeton professor who has been studying electronic election manipulation adds weight to these claims. The ownership of this company and the overseas transmission of our votes need to be thoroughly addressed to safeguard our legal votes. The use of ballot tabulation machines connected to online platforms raises serious issues as this is not permitted. It is imperative to have daily comprehensive reporting on this matter, rather than sporadic coverage. Consider featuring Russell Ramsland and the Princeton professor on television to provide a detailed explanation for the public.
