My daughter was involved in a physical altercation at school recently, which resulted in her receiving a three-day suspension and being excluded from her senior activities. Despite being an honor student without any prior incidents, she feels unfairly treated compared to the other student involved. I believe my daughter's punishment was severe enough, especially considering she tried to address the issue with school staff before it escalated. It's concerning that the other student faced lesser consequences and was allowed to participate in school events. I am reaching out in hopes of resolving this situation before my daughter misses her senior prom, just days away. As a concerned parent, I urge the school, Catalyst Maria High School, to reconsider their decision and allow my daughter, Marquita M., to attend her prom. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

Recently, Channel 13 Action News covered a documentary on probate embezzlement and fraud in Las Vegas. In Denver, Colorado, a similar situation is unfolding involving a conservator, her staff, a friend, and a possible police officer. They are allegedly deceiving others about the well-being and mental capacity of a friend. Despite my two friends being arrested and later cleared of charges, one court case remains active in civil court. The woman in question was previously independent, driving herself and managing her properties without issue. Now, she is deemed incompetent and in need of constant care. Suspiciously, the conservator has transferred property to a partner and plans to sell it below market value, likely for personal gain. Allegations of fraudulent billing and mishandling of assets, including the sale of the friend's car without compensation, are evident. For further details and evidence for an investigation, please reach out.

The VA Clinic in Athens, Tennessee, is failing to provide proper care and information to Veterans. They denied necessary treatment for a Veteran who had multiple seizures, leading to a life-threatening incident. This clinic, not owned by the VA, prioritizes low cost over quality care. Residents should be aware that better options exist, including programs available through the VA. It is unacceptable for a [redacted]% disabled Veteran to receive subpar treatment while others go without essential care. Personal experiences have revealed major shortcomings in the care provided to Veterans, despite efforts to raise concerns with the Nashville Veterans Affairs office yielding no results. There is a pressing need for improved treatment and communication within the VA system.

While covering the news, Fox News wrongly implied that Eagles players kneeled during the anthem this season by showing images of players kneeling in prayer before and after games while discussing the White House's decision. Eagles tight end Zach Ertz criticized the segment on Twitter, labeling it as "propaganda." It is disconcerting that some shows on your network label almost all other news outlets as "Fake News." The truth is, not a single Philadelphia Eagles player kneeled during the National Anthem in the regular season. Research would have shown that within the team, players have a prayer group. In recent weeks, Eagles players have been active in various community activities including transforming a Philadelphia Playground and organizing charity events. Your network's portrayal is causing division in our country. The President and his administration are known for making false statements regularly, and it is your obligation to report and rectify these inaccuracies. Your viewers deserve to know the complete story, not just one side. I follow NBC, ABC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, and occasionally FOX News, but some programs on your channel are challenging to watch. It is implausible that all other networks are fake news while FOX NEWS is the sole arbiter of truth. I echo Zach Ertz's sentiments expressed on your show last night.

I successfully influenced a bill through an Executive Order by Governor Ivey and a rule change in the SEC for Jaylen Hurts to play at Texas A&M his senior year. Within 22 days, before any TV appearance, I achieved this. I have concrete evidence of these accomplishments. I call on others to support, follow, or make way for me. I initiated #DeputizeMeASAP on Facebook following the Santa Fe High School incident. Advocating for my children, Corbin and Waylon, and inspired by God's will, I urge for child safety across the nation. As a plumber from Meridianville, Alabama, known as "The Duke Of Dookie" on ESPN radio, I seek a public platform to amplify my message. My mission stems from a deep sense of responsibility and divine calling. Urgently, I appeal for a broader audience to further this cause for saving lives.

Subject: Proposal for a New Program I am sharing my thoughts and concerns following the recent tragic events. As a parent, like many others, I feel the need to take action. I believe that law-abiding citizens with proper training should have the opportunity to support law enforcement in emergency situations, specifically when it comes to armed threats like active shooters. I propose a program called ASAP (Active Shooter Assessment Program) that would allow qualified individuals to be deputized as response deputies, carrying concealed weapons on school grounds to enhance security. This initiative aims to protect our communities, especially our children, by having trained individuals ready to act swiftly in case of an emergency. I encourage fellow patriots who support this idea to spread the word and make it known. Let's work together to make our neighborhoods safer and prevent further tragedies. #DeputizeMeASAP #LetsRollASAP #MakeAmericaGreatAgain 🇺🇸

I am seeking assistance as my neighbor's property has been causing issues for over a decade. Behind my house, they have covered cement, boulders, trees, glass, rocks, and debris with tar. Trees are now growing through a chain-link fence into my yard along with other yard debris. There is an abundance of poison ivy and glass which has led to injuries for my dogs and myself. Despite numerous complaints to various authorities, including the health department and city hall, nothing has been done to address the situation. The fence is at risk of collapsing, potentially causing their property to spill into mine. The dubious way in which they have landscaped their property, visible from my yard, raises concerns, especially considering they operate a daycare at their residence. I am not sure if their actions are legal. My neighbor on the left is also facing similar issues. This situation is worsening each year, posing both safety and health hazards with no resolution in sight. Animals are living in these conditions, making it unsanitary and dangerous. I am reaching out for help and hope for a solution to this ongoing problem. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I'm looking for assistance regarding my boyfriend, Jose Mendez, who has been in Camden County Jail since June 12, [redacted]. Yesterday, on June 17, [redacted], my mother-in-law got a call from an inmate mentioning that they took Jose to the Medical unit because he was given too much medication. I have tried contacting the facility but no one can provide information on his condition. Today, another inmate called my mother-in-law saying they won't let Jose out of his room due to the effects of the medication making him agitated. He hasn't been able to shower or make a phone call. I am concerned about his well-being as there is limited information available due to legal restrictions. If something were to happen to him due to the medication, it would be devastating. Could you please help his family and me gather information about Jose's situation?

On Monday night, Laura Ingraham on Fox News called the detention centers in Texas where children and babies are being held "summer camp" or "boarding school." Then, on Tuesday night, Cory Lewandowski reacted to a story about a Down's child taken from her mother by making animal sounds. These actions are highly inappropriate and insensitive, especially given the serious humanitarian crisis at hand. I am seeking an explanation from Fox News regarding the justification for these cruel remarks.

Hello, I am Bernice Bailey Fitzpatrick, the grandmother of Demario Bailey who tragically passed away in [redacted]. I am 66 years old and feeling overwhelmed. I engaged Bath Systems of Illinois at [redacted] Curtiss Street, Downers Grove, Illinois [redacted], on February 1, [redacted], to renovate my bathroom. The initial quote was $10,[redacted], which I accepted. However, Mr. Aaron Rodriguez, their salesperson, then brought in Mr. Christopher Smiley, the production manager, who recalculated and increased the amount to $11,[redacted]. A $4,[redacted] check was given as a down payment, with an outstanding balance of $7,[redacted]. Communication with Mr. Rodriguez became difficult, and when I inquired about the delays, he became dismissive. After discussing my concerns with Mr. Mike Makosky, the owner, we agreed on a monthly payment plan. Despite delays due to reasons like tax season, promises of starting work were not kept. I am reaching out for assistance as I am struggling financially and require resolution. Thank you for any help you can provide.

A construction company scammed me with incomplete and inferior bathroom remodeling. They installed a new shower that shattered, causing serious injuries, and used a cheap, poor-quality door. The bathtub was placed without proper support, causing it to bow in the middle, and the piping was left unfinished, leading to leaks and black mold. The damage forced us to evacuate our home for two weeks. I am struggling with mounting debt and health issues due to their negligence. I can't get coverage from my insurance company. I am desperate for someone like FOX News to investigate this nightmare and help hold the company accountable. Please help me expose them and seek justice.

Please notify the news department that they have been inaccurately using the term "Migrant" in their broadcasts when referring to individuals at the border. The correct term should be "Illegal Immigrants," as outlined in the definitions of "Migrant" and "Immigrant" in the dictionary. Migrants are legal individuals frequently moving for work, often in agriculture, whereas immigrants seek to reside here legally or illegally. It is crucial to refer to those at the border as "Immigrants," regardless of their legal status, rather than using a politically correct term like "undocumented persons." I attempted to email this concern to Fox and Friends twice, but encountered technical difficulties on their site. Thank you. - J. R. Acree PhD

I have a strong passion for the ocean, so despite my limited income, I managed to purchase a small boat that I work on during the winter. I invested all my savings into fixing it up and adding a motor, which meant a lot to me. Since I couldn't keep it where I live, I contacted U-Haul in Weymouth for a place to park it outside. Unfortunately, when I went to retrieve my boat the next day after spending Saturday painting it, it was gone. Even though they claim no responsibility as it was at my own risk, I asked about coverage to no avail. I reported the theft to the police, who mentioned that there are cameras facing the area. This isn't the first incident at this location. If you look at the reviews, you'll see others have had similar experiences. I tried to leave a review but was unable to. It's disheartening to have my dream and passion taken away like this.

Today, on July 30, [redacted], during the Fox News show featuring Bill Hemmer and Sandra Smith, Alan Dershowitz made a false claim regarding the Republican's handling of the Supreme Court nominee situation involving Merrick Garland. Dershowitz alleged that the Republicans stole the nomination, which is incorrect. Merrick Garland's nomination took place in a presidential election year, and Democrats, including Joe Biden, previously argued to delay Supreme Court nominations in such years. The Fox hosts missed an opportunity to correct this inaccuracy, leading to concerns about their representation of facts and potential bias towards the Democrat Party. This incident further highlights concerns about Fox News not being solely aligned with Republican views and conservatism.

African American employee K.S. at the Social Security Administration Headquarters in Maryland found a noose in her cubicle, which led to PTSD. This has left her on the brink of homelessness. K.S. is seeking attention to her case and hoping to recover the wages withheld from her during this period. She can be reached at [redacted].

I am seeking assistance regarding my transgender ex-partner who has been sexually abusing our children and has been granted full custody. Despite multiple instances of abuse reported in court, my ex has been given custody due to their financial resources and legal support from the transgender community. The court continues to overlook the abuse allegations, resulting in my children being mistreated and even starting to exhibit concerning behavior. I am desperate for help and looking for legal aid or any support to ensure my children's safety. The current situation is distressing, and I feel helpless as the system seems to side with my ex despite clear evidence of abuse. Any guidance on how to navigate this and protect my children would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - N.

I am seeking help because my transgender ex-partner is sexually abusing our children and has been granted full custody. Despite numerous cases of abuse documented in court and reports to authorities, the court consistently awards full custody to the abusive parent. The children are experiencing neglect, confinement, physical abuse, and sexual abuse. My children have expressed their desire to be with me, expressing fear and distress, yet the court continues to grant custody to the abusive parent. I am desperate for help to protect my children from this harmful situation. Legal assistance, guidance on navigating the legal system, or any form of support to ensure my children's safety is greatly needed. The abuse is escalating, leading to my children even harming each other. My ex-partner's status as a transgender individual seems to shield them from accountability. Please, any advice or assistance is appreciated to rescue my children from this nightmare. Thank you.

I tried the trial jar of Megan's wrinkle cream, which initially cost $3.00, but later I was charged $[redacted].97 without warning. Despite claims of celebrity endorsements, I, like many others, saw no visible results. It was disappointing to realize I had a limited window of 21 days to cancel and no guarantee of a refund. I managed to recoup $30.00, which was initially offered as $20.00. The situation left me feeling exploited, especially considering Megan's statements about not wanting the money to go to the UK. I can't help but wonder about the overall profits generated from the sale of these trial jars. It raises questions about her intentions and the extent of her financial gain from this venture. - Sara C.

I enjoy watching all Fox News shows, particularly Shawn, Judge J., and Laura. However, I've grown tired of Mr. Williams constantly insulting Mr. Trump. Last night I saw him on Laura's show and now he's on The Five, always making negative remarks about Mr. Trump. His arguments with Laura and Jessie last night were quite intense. It's clear that he strongly dislikes Mr. Trump. I have a large following on Facebook, and I'm considering sharing how ignorant I find Mr. Williams. Thank you. - Diane Stromberg

I enjoy watching Fox News daily with my spouse. I am confused about why Fox News management allows their newscasters to interrupt guests during interviews. For instance, on Saturday, August 18th, I was watching Fox News on satellite channel [redacted] when Leland, one of the broadcasters, repeatedly interrupted an elderly guest. He not only interrupted but also gave his own interpretations of the answers. This behavior is unacceptable and disrespectful. I have noticed this trend with other personalities like Shepherd Smith and Laura Ingram as well. It is disappointing to see this lack of professionalism. I hope Fox News addresses this issue for the sake of viewers like myself who value respectful and insightful interviews. Thank you for listening to my feedback. - A concerned viewer
