Founders Insurance Customer Service Issues

I am trying to contact my adjuster to check if they received my paperwork and bills. I've sent some already and have more to send but need confirmation on the ones she requested. I called to follow up and make sure she got them, but if there is no response, there might be an issue with her fax machine. I want to resolve this civilly. I sent what was requested and have more to send, but if there's a problem, I may have to take further steps. I just need acknowledgment that she received the first set before sending more. I have been struggling to get my insurance claims paid by Founders Insurance Company in Indiana for over three years. Despite providing them with two years' worth of HIPAA Medical Authorizations for my medical records, Founders has failed to process our claims and is now asking for additional authorizations to further delay and avoid payment. An insurance associate named Gina Santonastaso, with the support of her supervisor Michael Morse, has wrongly claimed my daughter has a preexisting condition of chronic migraines that were never diagnosed. Founders also withheld information about our rights in this insurance matter and refused to give us contact details to escalate our complaint to the executive level. Furthermore, Founders Insurance Company has been supplying false information to the Indiana Department of Insurance, violating the Indiana insurance code and undermining consumer protection. Unfortunately, the IDOI seems to be siding with the insurance company instead of addressing these issues.
