I work at one of your stores and I need to talk to someone in human resources. I feel like I'm working in a hostile work environment and was wondering if I could be transferred to a different forever ** store. I'm really afraid I'll get in trouble by my managers if I speak out so please don't mention my name. I just really need help. I've called all of the numbers I could find to try and reach you guys but none of them worked. the second week of march I said to Sydney (one of my managers) and Hannah (another one of my managers) that I can't eat at work because I have digestive issues (i'd told her * other times before this about my digestive issues) and Hannah was like "I have digestive issues too" and I was like "really?" and she was like "yeah. I'm gonna take Care of them right now" and then she walked into the bathroom. I felt like she was making fun of me but I brushed it off. then on ********** I was feeling nauseous because I had sushi for breakfast and Hannah was like "sushi for breakfast? but you had sushi for lunch yesterday!" and I told her that I have an eating disorder (ARFID) that makes it to where I'm only comfortable eating my safe foods because i felt like I had to or else she'd judge me and she apologized to me for that comment but then right after that she clocked me out of work herself and sent me home for being nauseous even tho she knows about my digestive issues. she told me I can't come back to work unless I test negative for covid and I told her I don't have insurance or can afford a test but she didn't care. I told her that I don't have covid symptoms and that I'd just work through my nausea but she told me she can't have me on the sales floor if I feel nauseous so she said I can't come back to work until I have a negative covid test result even tho I didn't have any covid symptoms and said that I can't work again until I get my negative covid test results. so she made me miss out on money I needed. but Sydney called me (**********) and told me that I don't have to get a test. Sydney was like "I don't know why Hannah told you that if it was only your stomach that was bothering you and you didn't have a fever so you can come back into work and I'm sorry she told you that". I'm afraid because literally everyone at my store are friends with each other and everyone is so close. they go to each others houses and take pictures together and I'm just the odd one out. even the people that work in the back are friends so they'll know I'm the one that told and im afraid because they'll bully me because of this. I don't feel comfortable at this store so I want to transfer but I'm afraid to even ask to transfer stores because they'll be irritated with me. because I've already told them about * different times about my digestive issues. I was afraid to tell them about my digestive issues and eating disorder because I know I'll be judged and I was afraid that they'd fire me or give me less hours because of it. all I want is to speak to a human resources representative to see if I'm able to transfer stores.
