On Monday I ordered the staff in duplicate. I ordered the same clothes twice( with two order number). As I read on the site, I could cancel the order in * hour and I already canceled one parcel in about * minutes. The site wrote to me that my order was successfully canceled and I would receive an email confirming this soon. However, I was charged twice and did not receive a cancellation email. After that I try to contact them every day but there is no response. In the chat, the bot responds, which directs me to the link to send the claim letter, I send the letter every day, though they do not respond. Today I received a mail, in which was written, that both parcels have been shipped.*I live in Georgia (country) and we need an intermediary company to receive a parcel from the US and now both parcels are on their way to reach the address of the intermediate company. After that it takes about *-** days for me to receive this parcel. Return back is quite costly ( About $ ** per kg). I also pay for receive this parcel ( *k * usd, my order is approximately * kg). So I was offered by this company not to send me this parcel and return it to the sender, but I have no guarantee that they will refund me. Because as I told you, they do not make contact. If you look closely, this is a flaw in their site, as they have at least charged money from the canceled item and sent me a parcel. And they didn't response me since Monday. *I have one big problem as well. There is a taxi in my country if the price of the received parcel exceeds $ ***. Accordingly, if I receive this parcel twice, I will have to pay the weight added to the price of the parcel (* kg * * USD) and added **% of this amount (provided by law). I have to pay about $ *** extra because their site is faulty and their site *****.*Please help me solve this case.
