Trying to return my last order and when I go through the online process it says "We don’t seem to recognize that order number or zip code. Please double check and try again." All my numbers are correct as they are through the direct return link from my order. The last time I returned something online I received my returned package untouched weeks later and went through an extreme hassle to finally get refunded in store. I don't want to go through the same thing again on top of the fact most of my items are online return only. I also sent in an inquiry about an order not coming in on time and never got a response. Please respond to this one.
