I have been waiting for A MONTH and you still are not giving my money back. I cancelled * orders which are made on November *th, each of those costs ***.**$. Also I have payed ***.**$ on the same day. However somehow, that order doesn't appear on my order list, my ***.**$ has just disappeared* That account transfer is clearly on my credit card usage record and I can show you the evidence as much as you can. PLEASE GIVE MY ***.**$ BACK. How long on earth should I wait to receive MY money?????? This is not my first mail and you simply ignored the former one. Your attitude is making me so upset and angry. At least answer, say something about where my money had gone.
