I ordered * items of clothing originally. I put in my credit card and everything. Then my safari page reloaded right it was going through the transaction and it brought me to the home page. I started to get worried and I reordered the same four items. Later at night I checked the transactions of my credit card and I realized that I paid for my order twice! I don’t want two of the same thing so I want to cancel my order. I want Forever ** to give me a refund on my second order and to only send me my first order.
GetHuman-jicachu did not yet indicate what Forever21.com should do to make this right.
