I have been unable to contact the agent who sold my mom her policy and got it set up on ACH momthly billing. She subsequently sold the house and vacated same, by January **, ****. ACH billing has continued since the sale for insurance on a property she no longer owns the house. Need to cancel and obtain a full refund for billing after **********. Mark Fix, *****@***.com
