In August [redacted], I made a one-time late payment on my car loan with Ford Motor Credit, which resulted in a drop in my credit score. I have since paid the late payment and fees and am now current on my payments. Since this was an isolated incident, I would like Ford Motor Credit to confirm my current status by sending an email or letter. Would you please provide a phone number where I can reach someone who can assist me with this request?

I am seeking a Paid Receipt for my [redacted] Ford Windstar purchased from Schultz Ford in January [redacted], which has been fully paid off for years. I need the receipt to donate the car as I am unable to obtain a clear title without it. The current title lists you as the Lienholder. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in obtaining this document. The Title # I possess is 2FMZ A52433BA06634, dated 2/19/03. Thank you, Josephine A. Walsh.

I am currently facing an issue with trying to sell a truck that was fully paid off over 15 years ago. Unfortunately, when attempting to sell it, the title indicates there is a lien on it when there isn't. I have contacted Ford Motor Credit to resolve this matter, but I am unable to provide the account number since it has been so long and social security numbers are not working due to the lien already being removed. I have been unable to speak with a representative to clarify and resolve this issue, and I am unsure of the next steps to take.

I purchased a [redacted] Ford Escape a few months back and recently went to the SOS for a title transfer appointment. They surprised me by asking for a lien release, which the previous owner no longer has. I contacted Ford Motor Credit Company for the document, but could not find the right assistance. I wish I knew about this requirement earlier so I could have asked for it before buying the vehicle. Any suggestions on how to proceed? Regards, J.

I am the personal representative for my brother's estate, Walter Warren. I visited the Secretary of State in Michigan with my court-appointed Letter of Authority and my brother's death certificate to transfer the title for his [redacted] Ford F150 truck (VIN #1FTRX14W74NB94400). The SOS informed me that there was still a lien by Ford Motor Credit on the vehicle. After contacting 1-[redacted], their representative mentioned there was no active account for the vehicle in question. They acknowledged there was a closed account but couldn't provide further details. I was instructed to send documentation via fax to address the matter. Despite faxing the information on 9/16/21 and 9/24/21, which included my contact details and a request for a letter confirming Ford Motor Credit's lack of interest, I never received a response. I need to finalize the title change and estate closure promptly, but facing obstacles between the two agencies. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Judith G.

Hello, this is Jeanne Marie from Habberstad BMW. I had a discussion with a representative on 11-2-21 regarding account number [redacted]8 for the vehicle traded in by Craig J. Samson on 9-22-21. The title has his name, but the lien release is under William M. Capiziello, which is not valid in NY. I faxed the necessary documents with our FedEx number as instructed, but I am yet to receive the corrected lien release even though I was told it would be processed within 48 hours. The car has already been sold at auction, and I urgently need the revised lien release. Please reach out to me at [redacted] at your earliest convenience. I tried calling the [redacted] number, but they are currently unavailable. Thank you, Jeanne Marie.

I purchased a vehicle from my former boss that originally belonged to his late mother-in-law. Unfortunately, the original pink slip was lost before I could submit it to the DMV. Despite providing all necessary paperwork, including the previous owner's death certificate and proof of no probate, the DMV is requesting an official document from Ford confirming the lien release. I have sent the lien release form to Ford twice but have not received a response. The DMV will not issue me tags and a new pink slip without this document. I have been unable to use the truck for almost three years and would like to contact someone at Ford who can assist with the title release process.

I contacted to request 2 lien release letters for a [redacted] Ford Expedition bought at Waldorf Ford. I made this request 3 weeks ago and have not received the letters yet. I need these letters to obtain a clear Maryland title to sell the car to my neighbor's son, who works at a car dealership. I recently purchased a certified used Explorer from Beach Ford in May and need to sell this car to return the tags and cancel the insurance. I have been attempting to call all day without success. I am looking forward to receiving a call from someone in the Ford Motor Credit department to help me with this matter. Thank you.

Our company, Orlando Auto Glass and Repair, recently completed repairs on a [redacted] Ford Crown Victoria with the serial number 2FAHP71V49X[redacted] totaling $1,[redacted].63 on January 18, [redacted]. The work was invoiced to Illinois Homeland Security Services, which has since gone out of business. In an effort to receive payment for our services, we are now trying to obtain the title for the vehicle to sell and recover our repair expenses. However, the Illinois Secretary of State informed us that there is a lien on the vehicle through Ford Motor Credit. We kindly request verification on Ford Motor Credit's interest in this vehicle, and if confirmed, advice on how to proceed in obtaining the title in order to sell the vehicle and mitigate our financial loss. We appreciate any assistance you can provide on this matter. Sincerely, Robert Orlando

I am seeking assistance with obtaining the title for my [redacted] Ford Escort. I had applied for a replacement title, but was informed by the Indiana BMV that there is a lien on the vehicle from Ford Motor Credit. Despite contacting Ford Motor Credit and providing my information, including my Social Security number and my mother's information, the lien does not appear in their records. The car was fully paid off in [redacted] when I was in college. I believed that my mother had resolved any outstanding liens at that time. As I am looking to sell the vehicle, I require the title to demonstrate that all liens have been cleared. Any guidance on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Vehicle Information: VIN: 3FALP1139WR148105 Purchase Date: October 8, [redacted] Purchased From: Ford dealership in Richmond, Indiana Previous Co-signer: Jennifer L. St Clair (deceased) Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Laura M. St Clair

Good morning, I am reaching out from a Dealership regarding a [redacted] Ford F-[redacted] that we received on trade-in. Despite the customer's absence of knowledge about any outstanding loan, there seems to be a loan listed with FMCC according to the DMV. I have tried contacting various numbers today to discuss this matter but have been advised to call back at another time. The vehicle's VIN is 1FTEW1C84AFD16303. The customer, Michael Matthew Pries, paid in cash for the vehicle from me, so I do not have his Social Security number or a loan number. Michael is unaware of any loan associated with the vehicle. Please reach out to me about obtaining the lien release. Thank you, Jeanette Bouck, Finance Director at Holler Honda in Orlando, FL.

I read today that the CEO intends to crack down on markups. I recently had to switch from Ford to GM due to excessive markups and fees on 15 cargo vans and 5 pickup trucks, spending over $[redacted],[redacted] in the past 11 months. Despite DCH Ford of Eatontown NJ being the closest dealer, their pricing practices led me to opt for GM after just one phone call, where I found more transparent pricing without the added fees. The inflated prices of models like the F150 Lariat Tremor at $93,[redacted], F250 Platinum at $95,[redacted], and F150 Raptor at $[redacted],[redacted] were off-putting. I believe customers are being taken advantage of, which could impact Ford once chip shortages resolve. In my construction business, I, along with 90% of my colleagues and family, switched to GM, totaling over $2.3 million in upgrades. Additionally, I sold my Ford stocks and invested in GM, now holding $[redacted],[redacted] in their stocks.

My husband, J. Burgess, passed away on April 16, [redacted]. He inherited a Ford F250 from his brother, Gary. After his passing, I, J. Burgess, his wife and representative of his estate, attempted to transfer the title at the Maryland MVA. Surprisingly, I was informed there seems to be a lien on the vehicle. Despite having the title in hand, I was advised to contact Ford Motor Credit for a lien release. The vehicle details including the title number #[redacted]8 and the VIN 1FSX21517EA07790 were provided. Any assistance you can offer regarding the timeframe for receiving the lien release would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased a used truck in Texas with a clear title and brought it back to Oklahoma. Originally, the truck was bought in Oklahoma with a lien from Ford Motor Credit. The truck was retitled in Texas, paid off, and Ford Motor Credit sent the lien release for the Texas title. However, the Oklahoma title still shows the lien, making it impossible for me to register the truck in Oklahoma without the lien release.

I'm looking to obtain the title for my vehicle that had a loan in the past. The VIN is 1FTEF15N5SLC04826. I visited the Department of Revenue, where they informed me that there is still a lien from Ford Credit on the vehicle. Although I believe the loan has been paid off, I am unable to locate any proof. Can you provide a letter or documentation confirming the loan's settlement? The vehicle was purchased new in [redacted], most likely with a 3-year loan. Our previous address was 214B Holtgrewe Rd, Washington, MO [redacted]. While we have not moved, our current address is [redacted] Falling Leaf Lane, Washington, MO. From, Nancy C. R.
