I am having a challenging time resolving an issue between Georgia DMV and Ford Motor regarding the electronic release of the lien on a truck I purchased and registered in Georgia. Georgia DMV insists Ford must electronically release the lien, but Ford claims the title may not have been generated for the vehicle. Despite having a physical, notarized letter of release from Ford, they seem unable to resolve the matter electronically. This is causing frustration, especially since my boss now resides in Louisiana. I just want Ford Motor Credit to send the electronic release to Georgia DMV so they can mail us the title, avoiding all this unnecessary back-and-forth.

I have a question about being approved for an auto loan from Ford Credit. I prefer not to speak directly with a finance officer at a dealership due to feeling judged and under pressure. The online chat feature is unavailable on the Ford Credit website. I understand that my credit score is not ideal, around [redacted], and I want to know what it would take for me to purchase a new Super Duty truck from Ford Credit. I am aware that I may need to make a special order for all the desired options, potentially affecting incentives. I am looking for a realistic down payment solution, possibly including a trade-in, to make the purchase possible without any issues. I would appreciate accurate information without any judgmental tones. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hello, I am having an issue with my Ford Credit account being temporarily blocked. My name is Michael Tillett and I reside at [redacted] NW Treasure Coast Drive, Jensen Beach, Florida [redacted]. I have a payment scheduled for the 18th, which I plan to cover partly first and then pay the remainder with a check. If Ford could possibly extend some help in this matter due to my current financial hardship, it would be greatly appreciated. I am eager to resolve this as soon as possible by making the payment promptly.

Following my fiancé's accident and subsequent layoff, we have been struggling financially with two kids to care for. Falling behind on bills has led to concerns about our car payment. I am worried that if we are late again next month, our car may be repossessed, leaving us without transportation. I am exploring options like trading in the car for something with a lower payment or setting up a payment plan to avoid further delinquency. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated during this challenging time.

My name is Stephanie Clark. My date of birth is February 2, [redacted]. I don't have my account number available. I bought a vehicle for my husband, who has since left me, leaving me responsible for 23 missed payments I wasn't aware of. I need assistance in getting my account back on track. Is it possible to defer one or two payments to catch up? Can automatic payments be set up to prevent further late payments? Also, I would like to explore refinancing options to lower the interest rates without extending the term, aiming to pay off the loan in 36 months. I am a single mother of three children without financial support. Thank you for your help.

I am inquiring about an update on my account #[redacted]6 concerning excess wear and tear on my Ford Escape. I have submitted multiple letters disputing the wear and tear and am seeking information on the history of my inquiries. I have been unsuccessful in getting a response or an update on the status of my issue. I am eager to resolve this matter but have had difficulty communicating with the appropriate party. I have spoken to Marti in customer service; however, my calls have gone unanswered after leaving several voicemails. I am looking to speak with someone directly via email for answers or updates on my account. As a loyal Ford customer, I have not encountered these challenges in the past. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, G.R. [redacted] [redacted]

I have had Ford Motor Credit finance my last two vehicles. The loan for my [redacted] Jeep Commander had payments that were occasionally late, but FMC kindly offered me extensions which I appreciated. Currently, my income is more stable as a graphic designer with weekly prepayments from new clients through my PayPal account, the same account used for my previous loan application. Now, I aspire to purchase a [redacted] Ford Explorer and am seeking financing. I assure you that I am now debt-free and committed to making timely payments. Sincerely, Blake A. [redacted]

I fell behind on my payment, but managed to make a payment on Saturday once I received my paycheck. Surprisingly, on Saturday night, the company repossessed my vehicle from my home. When I contacted Ford on Monday, they mentioned they couldn't assist as my account still displayed as active rather than in a "recovery" status. I not only paid the late amount but also the current month's payment, only to find myself without a vehicle that should have been in good standing. By Tuesday, Ford withdrew my money and I was unable to access my account. This situation feels completely unfair.

My car got repossessed on January 26th, and I made a payment through the phone system the same day. When I called customer service to confirm the payment, they mentioned it might not reflect until the 29th due to the weekend. Today, I noticed the payment went through in my bank account. However, I've been struggling to reach them, having been disconnected twice and waiting long periods on hold. Eventually, when I spoke to someone in the redemption department, they offered to have someone call me back by the end of business tomorrow after leaving my number or calling back in 2 hours. Despite leaving my number, I still intend to follow up. This situation is urgent as I've missed work for two days, and my husband, recovering from carpal tunnel surgery, needs medication I can't pick up without our car. Please assist me.

I bought a new [redacted] Ford Windstar Van from Ojai Ford Dealership in Ojai, CA. The van was financed through Ford Motor Credit. Despite paying off the van, I never received the Pink Slip Title. After sending the necessary paperwork from the California DMV to Ford Motor Credit, I have not received any updates. Due to an issue with the old Non-Operative registration, the City of Oxnard Code Enforcement advised that I cannot park the van on my property anymore. To proceed with selling the vehicle, I urgently need the title. The van is registered under Ronald or Sandra Camp at [redacted] Via Marina Ave Oxnard CA [redacted]. You can reach me at my home phone #[redacted] or cell phone #[redacted]. The last four digits of the Social Security number associated with the account are [redacted] or [redacted].

I still have a remaining balance of $6,[redacted] on my [redacted] Escape, which translates to about 24 or 25 more payments. Since purchasing the car in [redacted], I have encountered various issues such as engine stalling, coolant loss, and now the need for a costly transmission replacement at 82,[redacted] miles. At a minimum cost of $4,[redacted] for a used transmission, I cannot afford to repair this vehicle any longer. Without a functional car for over a month, I am exploring alternatives to address my debt burden, including considering bankruptcy and potentially surrendering the Escape as part of the process. I have already halted automatic payments to Ford Credit and am urgently in need of a replacement vehicle but cannot manage two monthly car payments.

In [redacted], I purchased a new Ford Escape. Initially, my boyfriend added me to his insurance plan to help, but following our separation, the car ended up registered under his name while the loan remains in mine. Due to his recent stroke, he is unable to transfer the title back to me. Unfortunately, I faced a setback as the insurance lapsed, and now I am unable to drive the car after surrendering the license plates. I am worried about his family's involvement and whether his son may have a claim on the vehicle once it's paid off. I am seeking clarity on how to handle the situation moving forward, especially since suggestions have been made to stop payments and let the car be repossessed, which I am hesitant about. Given the challenging circumstances, any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Judy Metzroth.

I sold my mobile home in [redacted] to Cindi Tran, but the title was never transferred to her name. Taxes were paid by both of us, but now it has been almost two years without the title transfer. Realizing there's a lien on the property, we suspect this is causing the delay. To resolve this, Joann Rhodes Mitchell needs to obtain a lien release from Ford Motor Credit Company, which was unknown until recently. Joann now resides at [redacted] Lahontan Pass, [redacted], and her previous address was 19 Twin Branch Rd Buford, GA [redacted]. If anyone has advice on how to proceed or can help with this situation, please reach out at [redacted] or via email at [redacted] Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am currently on the phone with a customer service representative named Rachel. Despite explaining that I had brought my account up to date with Ford Motor Credit in October and made a payment in November, she is claiming that my account is 35 days past due. Rachel was rude, spoke unclearly, and kept talking over me. When I asked her a question, she stayed silent, making me think the call was disconnected. This call took over an hour, causing a lot of frustration. The service was terrible.

I’m Kaylee Payne, and I own a [redacted] Ford Focus Se. This car has been problematic, seemingly only good for recalls. In December, it went back to the shop for transmission and clutch recalls. I was assured the problems were fixed and had an extended warranty up to [redacted],[redacted] miles for transmission issues. However, come March, with minimal use due to the pandemic, the transmission completely fails. At a Ford dealership, I was informed that the previous dealership had marked all recalls as completed, limiting the warranty to one fix. I find myself without a car and unable to seek assistance during the pandemic. I am seeking advice on what to do next.

I am currently seeking to sign a release for my [redacted] Ford Focus that has been involved in a legal battle with Stern. I am weary of the ongoing lawsuit and wish to terminate my contract with Ford Motor to pursue another vehicle. I am unable to continue with the lawsuit and would like to settle this matter swiftly. If there is a way to facilitate a release so I can move on from this car loan, I am open to discussion. I am willing to discontinue the legal proceedings and let go of the time, money, medical bills, and loss of income invested in this vehicle. The car accidents have also led to a significant increase in my insurance premiums. I am eager to be relieved from this distress and would appreciate guidance on the necessary steps to proceed. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your help.

My car's engine malfunctioned, and it has been at the service department since Sunday, 7/19/20 when it was towed. Luckily, I am covered by warranty since I've only owned the car for a few years. My monthly car payment is $[redacted]. Unfortunately, Ford was unable to provide a loaner car while my vehicle is being repaired and parts are being ordered. They mentioned a reimbursement of up to $30 a day for alternate transportation, which I find unacceptable. I checked with Enterprise, and an 8-day rental costs $[redacted]. Ford's reimbursement would only cover $[redacted], leaving me to pay the difference, go through the hassle of reimbursement, and still have my monthly payment due on a car I don't have access to. I am not willing to accept this situation and seek to speak with a knowledgeable person who can assist me directly.

I require a lien release from Ford Motor Credit for a car I settled in [redacted], but I can't reach them. When I call their customer service number ([redacted]), it asks for an account number or social security number. After I enter my SS#, a recording states it's not recognized. A colleague with a current loan at FMC faced the same issue. If you hold for a live person, the recording indicates they cannot take any calls presently. I've been calling since July 16, [redacted]. The VIN# is 2S3TD52V[redacted]76 for a [redacted] Suzuki Vitara. My name is Beth Lundy. A tree damaged my car, and State Farm needs the lien release to provide the payout. Despite State Farm's efforts, they are also unable to get a response from FMC. State Farm contacted Elaine at [redacted] (customer relations dept. at FMC), who affirmed that the only way to obtain the lien release is through the unresponsive phone number. Please assist.

I recently spoke with Ford Credit and was informed that the loan taken out by Mary Ann Ryder, who passed away in [redacted], was written off in [redacted]. The car she left in an Irrevocable Trust Agreement to Boiling Springs Baptist Church in Fletcher, NC. Despite the loan being written off, the lawyer I spoke with mentioned that Ford Credit may still hold the Certificate of Title, requiring the loan to be paid off to obtain it. Unfortunately, the Executor of the will is unlocatable, and the provided phone numbers are disconnected. To resolve this, we are willing to pay off the loan upon receiving the necessary information from you. Please confirm if we can obtain the Title after payment is made. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
