The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue over the phone and asking to speak with a manager. You can also submit feedback forms using email or on the website. You can also submit the issue to the local manager.

Received phone call today about layaway I placed on ********** I have to pick up today ********** or it will automatically return to floor. I called back and informed Marquis that this was unfair to me as I only planned to pick up my layaway on ***** but my receipt has pick up by ********. I asked to speak with a manager and was informed that the other manager will support what Marquis said my item will be returned I asked to speak to Manager Boss and customer service number at this time Marquis hung the phone up in my face. I called back no one would answer called again and Andrew helped me and gave me customer service number. I need for my layaway to be held and if it is put back I want my $* layaway fee reimbursed as well as my $**. Plus footaction will loose a customer and I will write a review exactly what happened to me

After speaking with Management in Authority whom could not help me, I called Customer Service and explained my situation I also informed them that my receipt had my pick up date as ******** I was informed by Customer Service that my receipt will be honored
