My name is Richard Ducko and the reason I’m writing to you is that I ordered my son the Jordan Jumpman Team * Shoes in White*N.C. Blue for Christmas. I first checked to see if I could find them in store as I just trust in person purchases more than online,specifically due to these issues.I shop at Footlocker for the kids and myself very frequently and never had any issues,always been very satisfied with their service which made me think under the circumstances with everything going on with the Pandemic and all I’d have no issue with ordering from Footlocker online. However I was mistaken. Since my son wanted these specific shoes very,very much and he couldn’t get them in-store I used my gift cards to purchase them online and have them delivered to the store for me to pick up. The starting cost of the shoes was $***.** and with it being so close to Christmas for my son to have them on Christmas Morning I paid the extra $**.** to be guaranteed to have them by two day shipping.....for a total cost of $***.**. Here’s were the problem comes in,in my Footlocker app or site whichever it is it said to put in the promo code “MERRY” to receive **% off of my purchase of $***.** or $***.** it was one or the other I believe,It was definitely **% off of my purchase!!!!! Christmas Eve I open the box before I wrapped them and my receipt was in the box,to my surprise there was no type of discount on there AT ALL, NOTHING!!!!!! So I thought to myself I’ll wait until after Christmas to see if something could be done being I’ve never had any issues with Footlocker in the past.So now this morning I logged into Footlocker to buy my granddaughter her first pair of shoes and the first thing I see is the shoes I just bought my son on sale for $***.** and the same promo that I didn’t get credit for!!!!!! With the times we are in rite now money is very,very,tight....I work at Carrabbas Italian Grill and as I’m sure you know all indoor dining has been suspended once again drastically cutting my hours and my paycheck,so anything I can save is a great help. I don’t know what I’m asking for,I’m not sure what if anything other than me returning the shoes that my son wanted so badly can be done which I really dont wanna go through the hassles of doing over $**or$** dollars. I just really would hope that I receive the same type of customer service Ive always been given from Footlocker regardless whether it is in-store or online. Thank You for your time,and any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!
