Had a terrible experience at footlocker woodlands mall in woodlands,TX,store *******, cashier *******, Whitney Blair, manager Rachel. So I go in on ********* **:**pm noon to purchase the Jordan retro * denim for myself and my son, didn't have men's in at the time so I decided to purchase the size **c and * men's Jordan t-shirts one red long sleeve and one white one to match the Jordan * denims,as I purchased these items something went wrong with the cashier*register, causing it to not be able to print me nor email me a receipt, Rachel the "manager" tried to fix the problem,seemed to had made it worse,well long story short,she didn't let me take the items I purchased, even though they charged my Woodforest bank account,and as she tried to fix it,they tried to refund me what was already on the computer, which was $***.** item is ***************,and my items were $***.**,so then and there I knew **** hit the fan. Was so upset I had to leave before I did something stupid,went back Sunday ********* at noon again to verify Rachel had fixed my on going deal,she hadn't,got my phone number and called me back after I left Sunday to get my last * numbers of my debit card,so I assumed she didn't fix till Sunday maybe today which is Monday,I feel I was stolen from or some kind of fraud may be going on in that store,called the ****-***-**** customer service number to no prevail, basically wasted an hour or so on Saturday to just be upset all weekend,wasted time on Sunday trying to fix this,and wasted * hrs calling and being put on hold trying to fix this delema!!!
