Hello, I placed an order online for some Jordan sweat pants for Christmas. They were awesome pants but unfortunately they were to big for my son. I read the instructions on the back on * ways to return them. One was to mail them back or return them to a store near you. So I took them to NorthPark Mall in Davenport Ia. They tried to scan the UPC etc. and said were having troubles and will need to mail them back instead of giving you your money back. I totally understood and the employee said we can mail them back for you and I said "oh you can" great. So I watched him put them in a packing bag and put the label on them and he wrote down the tracking number. I thought great I'll track the package and when I get my money credited on my card I will place a new order. I checked tracking every day for a week to see if the package had arrived back to you and it wasn't moving. I called NorthPark mall and they said "oh it's still sitting here" USPS has not picked it up so I will just take your package to the post office myself. Another week goes by to find out that it was still sitting in the store. I got another excuse on why it was still sitting there. Then the employee said why don't you just come down and get the package and mail it. I told her I live an hour away and she said "oh, ok then I'll have to try and see if I can get someone to mail it. Mind you both times I called each employee seemed put out and not helpful. This has been so frustrating. Two weeks and * days have gone by and I could have had them mailed myself and been credited and another order placed by now. Regina Metzger
