Yesterday, *-**-** *:**pm my wife and I decided to use a $**.** coupon that was sent via VIP Footlocker it was about to expire so we were taking advantage to buy our kids a couple of shirt and sox. When I was paying the (employee) looked at and scrolled and found the coupon. He insisted that I could not use * coupon. *st coupon expires *-**-** the *nd expires *-**-**. All was going good till after I paid and found that the coupon scanned was the later date. (Specially went to Footlocker so that we can use a coupon before it expires) so at this point fraustration was sinking in. The employee was not very helpful with the mistake that he made, he said he was sorry but he cannot do anything about it. “Besides it’s free money” ie. “I tell him that I earned all that was given to me for all the product that I been buying from Footlocker and he should not talk that way. At this point I was I rate and the employee was so full of him self that I start questioning who he was and asked to see the manager. “He said he was the maneger and he cannot do anything for me. “I told him I have a lot of money and did not need to be disrespected” he kept talking so resolution was for me to use the *st coupon that I originally was gonna use and I was to the point that I wasted to just get out and leave. He commended that why am I so mad? I said Iam because of you. He kept talking I kept buying. “I told him that it’s not the last of you hearing from me that I would reach out to a higher authority” about this matter. I do not believe that he was a manger , but if he was he did not deserve to be a manager at all. “There was two of em there and no name tags” both of em was laughing and just so comfortable doing customers wrong” that it’s a normal day for’em. I did say “you guys are use to doing this to anybody that you do not care who you do it to” “he kept talking and taking trying to make me even more angry but I did keep calm be cause my wife was with me. “I take faults for what I’ve done, but I cannot take faults for what others have done” please please I beg of your company to access this matter and give me a peace of mind. Thank you.
