Buenas tardes, hace media hora he realizado un pedido por la p*gina web, me he registrado y adem*s he puesto el correo electr*nico comprobado varias veces para no equivocarme.**Me meto en mi perfil y veo que en pedidos pone: No hay pedidos*Tampoco he recibido ning*n correo de aceptaci*n del pedido (sabiendo que lo he puesto correctamente)*Me he metido en mi cuenta bancaria, y me ponen dos saldos: el real y el disponible, en el real me pone la totalidad de mi dinero que tenia antes de realizar el pedido y en el disponible mi cuenta con ***.**€ menos que es lo que cuesta el calzado que he querido pedir. Sin embargo no me aparece nada de que se haya realizado el ingreso del pedido, es decir no consta en mi banco que se me haya bajado ***€ el saldo de mi cuenta. **Por favor, ay*denme a solucionar este problema.
