I was just in a footlocker store and was trying to use an e gift card that was sent to me via email. Cashier scanned gift card and it’s saying not complete and there should be $** available on the card. Is there a way that a customer Service Rep can see detailed transactions of when and where The card was scanned? I really think my gift card was redeemed during that transaction with that cashier and she didn’t know what she was doing
