J avais r*serv* des billets d avion . je voudrai une facture d'annulation de vol car j ai eu un report de cong* juste au moment du d*p*t de bilan de la soci*t* FLYBE.*Mais personne r*pond au t*l*phone et ni par mail .*R*ponse automatique de mail par laquelle ils ont d*pos* le bilan*Et temps que j'ai pas ce document je peux pas me faire rembourser par l interm*diaire de ma carte bancaire.*Merci de m'apporter une solution
