Help with my Flybe issue
The issue in GetHuman-johnfarr's own words
Trying to get FLYBE to drop the scandalous £** charge they inflict on me to change a flight even though I have showed willingness to pay any extra add ons required They say the £ ** is an admin fee which is a joke ... It's costing me *** to change my flights by a few hours on line to attend a last minute decision family christening which I dont mind paying yet at check out they want an extra ***.** to change flight which is disgusting as therem is no work involved by Flybe staff I am not willing to pay this **.** for work i would have done myself online specially as i am willing topay the difference in flight price* I have phoned Flybe customer care and basically got blanked A TERRIBLE SERVICE
A returning customer and family who regularly use FLYBE
Drop the silly £** charge which is just pure greed on their behalf
family and myself use FLYBE REGULARLY
No just gonna avoid FLYBE from now on and encourage others to do so as well

How GetHuman-johnfarr fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-johnfarr to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
