The payment stub from our new bill is too short for the payment envelope you provide. The FPL address is too low to be seen in the opening on the envelope. We had to raise the payment stub and scotch tape it inside the envelope in order for your address to be seen properly. You need to either raise your return address on the payment stub or lower the address window on the return envelope.*Other than this, we really like the new bill redesign.*Thank you, Joseph Gil
