I need to speak to a real person. FPL cut off my service at **** L'Ermitage Lane, Naples, ***** even though I was current in my payments because there was a confusion about payments between my two different accounts. A lot of food was ruined, melting ice from the freezer did a lot of damage, and if I don't get to speak to a representative I will just file suit. I am a lawyer, and the inability to speak to a real person is extremely frustrating.
GetHuman-ssponte did not yet indicate what Florida Power & Light should do to make this right.
