Get an explanation for high bill ... My bill went up $**. My previous Bill's were $***, $***, and $*** it's been that way for at least one year. I asked for an explanation and got a run around and was treated as if I were stupid. I asked for a supervisor and the rep asked me what for. I told him he didnt need to know why I wanted a supervisor. He then gave me one if his co-workers telling me it was his supervusor. I asked her if she was his supervisor and she said no. I asked her for a supervisor she said she would transfer me to one. The next thing I knew was the line was disconnected. She said her name was Esmeralda.**Is that how u treat your customers?**I want to know why my bill spiked so much? Is something wrong with the meter? Is someone piggy backing on it? Why do your CS people talk as if ub.cr stupid and appear to really not care about issues.
People are not stupid and dont like to b treated as if they are.
