I enrolled in February **** and still have no information. I have called twice and every representative states the application is still processing and there is nothing else we need to do. We have submitted income varification and everything asked. I am not able to add my one year old son to my personal policy without a denial letter from you but since it is “still processing” my son is left with no insurance for two months. He now has a checkup appointment with no coverage! This is unacceptable and I need answers!
