I filed my UI claim last night through the new Pega Case Portal, and I rec'd a message that said "Success", gave me an ID of C-****** Status: Resolved-Complete, with a Create Time: ******* *:** AM**However, there are no further instructions as to what, if anything, I'm supposed to do next. Also, when I return to Connect and put in my SS* and PIN, it shows my claim status as Not Registered, and in the messages section it says my application is incomplete. Also, it does not recognize the ID number I referenced above, at all. Help?
GetHuman-sschernd did not yet indicate what Florida DEO Agency Assist should do to make this right.
