The issue in GetHuman-idsteink's own words
I am still waiting on a refund of $**.** from ********. **********, ********** were both charged $**.** to my bank account. I submitted a request to customer service on Dec. *th and still have not received a response. Please refund one of the charges as previously advised. (the trip was canceled and rebooked several min later.)

GetHuman-idsteink did not yet indicate what FlixBus should do to make this right.
