The issue in GetHuman-blertapa's own words
go home ... I had a ticket for yesterday at *.** BOOKING NUMBER:************ and after one hour I get a notification of one more hour delay I have the message in my phone that shown I received the notification at **.**. Apparently I could not wait * hours because that means I had to sleep * hours and go to work. * hours delay and I get a notification one hour later this is unacceptable and I want my money back as I did not use any of your services.
That means I had to arrive at my destination at two or three am at night ! And next day I had to go to work.
I want my money back now!
I have been a customer for a year I did not expect tow hours delay this is unacceptable by any means.
I tried to call them at **min delay and I was told another twenty minutes delay!
I have an issue with FlixBus too
