*********** FlexiBus**I was told by your colleague on the phone that it was not a window seat. **She said the only way I could get a window seat was to:**Cancel my initial booking - I did*Pay a penalty fee of Euro * - Completely unnecessary in this case but I did*Re-book - ***********Pay for a Window seat*You can imagine the inconvenience and time*money spent on the above, totally unnecessary.**Extremely disappointing with misleading info and lack of flexibility regarding the booking of a seat afterwards i.e. after a journey has already been booked!!**Now, I have an additional suitcase i.e. * suitcases together. How do I now pay the Euro * extra for the second suitcase so that I don't end up having issues when boarding the bus today? **Kind regards,**Shaparak Shaghafi
