I used Ixbus for the first time yesterday coming from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and the bus was * hour late for the pick up. Due to the time lapse it had me arriving in Las Vegas At *:** rather than *:** which my hotel checking cutoff time was *:**. Due to this event I was told that I would have to reschedule my booking which came at a much higher rate. I refused to rebook my room at that rate and later decided to leave Las Cegas on anther bus ride scheduled for today which I had for seen as my only escape to this problem. After booking this scheduled ride I was informed that the management had a change of heart and decided to allow for my original reservation. I was hoping that I could receive a refund for today’s ticket leaving from Las Vegas to Los Angeles at *:** pm, and receive a courtesy credit for my next scheduled booking using your services.
