I have left my laptop on route *** from nice to genova n *th june and have filled the lost and found form but no one has contacted me as yet.. please please mail or call me urgently.. booking reference **********
The laptop is am official laptop and there will be major issues at office if the laptop is misplaced.. a simple response of we have the laptop so that we can start the process of getting it shipped., does not take so long
Immediate response from flixbus instead of wasting time saying...wait for response.
I expected some reply about the lost item been found.. it must have been deposited by the driver by now
I've tried calling customer care , Twitter and messenger messages...but same response..we will revert
